Amos 5:15"Hate evil, love good; maintain justice in the courts...."

God does not merely say, "Avoid evil," but He said  "Hate evil."

Friend, if you don't aggressively deal with the devil then he would swallow you. Are you listening?

Sometimes I hear people say, " youth are like that, everybody's addicted to mobiles.." Sin has been normalised. This is shocking to me, everyone are awake upto midnight scrolling their mobiles. This has become normal.

But today God says, " hate evil", doesn't stop there, He days " love good ". Clap hands for God! Romans 12:9 says"Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good." Did you see that...' abhor'.

After my encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ, I tore all the books that contradicted  the Bible. I stopped reading worldly magazines, smashed and broke all movie CDs .  You know what? You must deal brutally with the things God hates. If you don't, then that sin will stealthily slide into your life, take root, and eventually gain control over you.

Illustration: St. Augustine lived a wild and sinful life before meeting Christ. He pursued pleasure, prestige, and worldly wisdom, but none of them satisfied his heart. When he encountered Christ, everything changed. St Augustine lived a life of strict discipline after his conversion. St. Augustine was so committed to holiness and maintaining a blameless testimony that he kept separate living quarters for the clergy and did not allow even his own sister into the men's residence. His goal was not to dishonor his sister but to avoid any appearance of impropriety and to guard the integrity of his ministry.
