A short fuse confuses everything! You don't need loads and loads of medicines, a careful examination through spiritual lens shows that we need more, and more of God.  Hallelujah!!

When we were running Abide Angel Home, if not for my early morning 4 am prayers, I would have gone to mental asylum- such was the pressure and stress; however, all the children would have bath, say prayers, have breakfast and we would leave for School sharp at 7.45 am. "Tranquility comes from the time you spend with God not social media!"

When you look at a bottle of soda, on the outside, it looks perfectly fine, you dont even see bubbles. However,  inside, pressure is building up, shaking the bottle agitates the gas, the moment the cap is opened then the liquid overflows.  Likewise,
someone bumps into you or says the wrong thing, the tab pops, and a sticky, destructive mess explodes onto everyone nearby. Quarrels and fights are rarely about the final trigger; they are the result of the internal pressure of irritation. Anybody listening???

Read about Martha and Mary (Luke 10:38–42).we see Mary sitting silently at the feet of the Lord listening to.His voice which is the most important thing.  However,  Martha’s internal irritation over serving alone boiled over. She ultimately quarrelled not just with her sister, but her angry words must have also disturbed the crowd that came to their home for the prayer meeting. Irritation spoils our witness for Christ!!

Your plethora of degree certificates becomes nul and void and the sheen is lost  when you fail to restrain yourself!
