Sticktuidness...
Revelation 1:6 "and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen"
" God made you to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father. " After being washed and saved by His blood, your title changes. Anybody listening? You become the Kingdom! Hallelujah! Look at the privilege, honour and position that God gives us, some of us get too familiar with the term " I AM A CHRISTIAN" being born in Christian homes with Christian names but never ever LIVED LIKE A CHRISTIAN.
"Some individuals identify as Christian, yet engage in smoking, drinking, lust, lying, and stealing without any remorse.
They don't pray, read the Bible, fast and honour the Sabbath day which are all essentials in keeping our faith. Anybody listening? We have become dead as stone and yet, daringly claim to be children of God. If you love me, keep my commandments" is what Jesus said in John 14:15
We need to have sticktuidness, unremitting perseverance and persistence to stay faithful to God. No matter what, we got to be firm and grounded, even if the heat is increased 7 times. When you stand in the fire without running away, God will join you inside the fire and show the whole world that He is for you. When God is for you, who can be against you?
Allow God to examine and vindicate the integrity of your life, like we read in the book of Job. Job 1:8 “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?"
You don't have to tom-tom to the world and boast of your achievements - when you stay close to God, He will do it for you. Hallelujah!
Friends, it is one thing to give 10 points and preach intelligently, brilliantly, and spiritually with scholarly knowledge —but quite another to embody those truths and also when the Word comes drenched with hard backend prayers, early dawn prayers in the wee hours of the morning and midnight wrestling then STARS are born from "that preaching ", if not it becomes a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal..(1 Corinthians 13:1)
Remember today, you are the Kingdom! Look at the magnitude of responsibility that comes along with that statement!
