1 Thessalonians 5:17: "Pray without ceasing".
When you feel frustrated, irritated, flommoxed and bewildered, it is now that you have to pray. You might be facing continuous tension, hostility and friction in the office team, may be your house workers are behaving crazy, driver is dishonest, misunderstandings in relationship, unable to meet deadlines, unpaid bills mount up and much more...
Should I pray about these? Why not? God answers prayers! Apostle Paul tells us to submit our petitions with thanksgiving and relax. Read: Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." These words are like Niagra falls that falls down so beautifully. Amen. Let me repeat,' pray and relax!' That is called trust!
October 2025 we did not have a drop of water in the building that we were staying. Since my daughter's wedding was on 10th October, I said ' Let us pray over the situation, as for now let us concentrate on the wedding.' Immediately after the wedding in November we had to shift our house. Imagine ! God pointed to a house that was much smaller than the earlier one; however, we moved because we could see God in it.
Now, tension not over because we had no car parking space. We were parking the car in an open ground far away from our home, running here and there. All the while , we were praying about all these issues continuously. The owner was an extremely good person, he finally got the garden space just outside the main gate broken down, cut the tree off, took away the grilled gates with the help of two workers this morning (Saturday, January 10)and we now got our own car parking space. Neat and clean! We have continuous flow of water too!
Not over, after the work was completed, the owner, Christian gentleman came to us and said, " I have been praying for this issue of car parking space and now I am happy God heard our prayers." Those words just before he left were so soothing, instead of complaints and anger, when you surrender to pray: tranquility and calmness fills the atmosphere! Amen.
God hears your prayers! Get into your prayer closet right away!
