WITHER AWAY!

Isaiah 40:23 He brings princes to naught and reduces the rulers of this world to nothing.24 No sooner are they planted, no sooner are they sown, no sooner do they take root in the ground, than he blows on them and they wither, and a whirlwind sweeps them away like chaff.”

If you are hallucinating that your money, own house, gold and land is your security then you are ignoramus.  Without God you will wither away! Just checked on the meaning of ‘wither’:’ shrivel and fall into decay or decline.  This is what happens to someone who spends all his time focussing on amassing wealth, while God, church, Bible and prayer takes back seat. Observe the above scripture carefully , it says ,” no sooner do they take root in the ground, than he blows on them and they wither.” Hey friend, you need God’s Hands to bless what you sow, are you listening? Read this scripture: You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.’ (Revelation 3:17) This is scary!

I was aggressively pursuing a person to spend more time with God, who had an established Government job, several own houses, land, gold and property. This person would directly go from work place to do other personal business so that he gets more money.  Dash-in and dash-out was his lifestyle, his life looked greatly prosperous from outside.  His goal was to purchase more spacious farm land and enjoy his retired life with lot of chickens, dogs and cats; alas, that did not happen at all because he died of COVID!!!  I am sure this would be the mindset of many people today who would be saving for their next vacation to some exotic, unique location. Even this would be on EMI, once back home and to office, they would be paying back their senseless opulence.  Anybody listening?

Beware! God would bring princes to nothing! Your bank balance would suddenly get to nothing with just one major health issue, fear God and live a holy life.  Warning comes today! Many Hollywood kids of celebrities are having identity crisis and daughters are calling themselves as men, parading around with men clothes and tattoos.  Sad scenario! Around the world we have children behaving crazily, remember your money cannot save them only God can!  What should be our focus then in order to be on track with God? Our thoughts should be like: 

•    how should I spend time with God this weekend, 
•    how can I help my pastor in the church, 
•    I need to fast and pray this week, 
•    I need to complete this particular portion of the Bible, 
•    I need get more intimate with God, 
•    I have to give above my tithes and help build the Kingdom of God
•    I have to volunteer and help in this prayer meeting
•    I need to be surrounded with good, godly people around me

The money that you hold in your wallet does not belong to you, remember God gave that to you, check out before you spend.
