Mathew 2:6 ' But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, Are not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.' "

Bethlehem may not be the grandest, most spacious or popular city but it is the birthplace of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Bethlehem the little town has now great significance! The least is chosen by God! Friend, we need to add value to our life by investing for a good purpose, are you listening? Mother Teresa invested her life for the poor in India, when in Kolkata, she used to be a teacher at a school, it is here from where her life went through vigorous changes and eventually she was bestowed with the title “Saint of Our Times”.  She gave education to the poor kids of her area along with her teaching profession and was called ‘MOTHER TERESA.’ Add value to your life, instead of wasting on frivolous things, are you listening? America is proud to claim that Rev Billy Graham belongs to their country because of the great spiritual  investments of  Rev Graham . Let your life be so blessed that people look up at you as an example.  Be a good mother, father, sister, brother and be a role model for your family. Help the poor, visit the poor and needy during this Christmas rather than on hopeless spending.

Let us on this day of Christmas understand God’s love for us and celebrate Christmas in a more meaningful way. He is our Good Shepherd! It feels so safe and secure when you know He is there to guide you!

The world has commercialized Christmas and celebrates with panache the Christmas day. It has become a time for shopping. I know Christians who get ready for the Christmas dance, Christmas party and for the fun attached to it. They even rush to the gym and beauty parlors to get themselves trim, prim and slim for the occasion. The homes are got ready for the occasion, there are some who even get their homes painted fresh, upholstery changed and it is all already to be flaunted. The idea behind it is, “look, what I’ve got!”

We have hurt Jesus enough, let us straighten out our lives and offer ourselves as living sacrifice for the One who came into this world for our sake.
