The time of the promise

Acts 7:17 "But as the time of the promise was approaching which God had assured to Abraham..”

Do you know the hardest time would be when you are almost on the verge of stepping into your destiny –  the miracle and the dream job is just at a reaching distance; however, it looks truly unreachable, tough and agonizing to the naked, physical eyes.

As the people were  increasing, the torment of the enemy was also increasing in Egypt, the time came when the enemy was killing the male babies, the Bible says ‘at that time’ Moses was born.  Clap hands for God! Friends, as you struggle and struggle waiting to reach shore, remember God’s eyes are always on you.  Amen.  In Exodus 2 the Bible says : 24 “So God heard their groaning; and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, Isa

ac, and Jacob. 25 God saw the sons of Israel, and God took notice of them.”Amen.
Florence Chadwick was a champion swimmer.  In  1952, she attempted to swim a span of the peaceful Pacific Ocean between California’s Catalina Island and the state coastline.  As she began the 26 mile journey, she was accompanied by life boats of supporters who watched for sharks and were prepared to help Florence if she got hurt or grew tired.  Thick fog rolled in after 15 hours of swimming, at this time she started doubting her ability.  After managing to swim for another hour, she asked her supporters to pull her out since she was tired – emotionally and mentally.  After she got into the boat, she learned she had stopped less than a mile short of her destination. Alas! After swimming 25 miles, she gave up! When you take your eyes off your focus and give in to fear and doubts then it becomes difficult.  Are you listening?  There are people who divorce after spending 30 years together, don’t give up! The best is yet to come…
