Uncomfortable journey!

Click VIDEO to watch this sermon, just half hour!

Christmas is not about traditional celebrations with cake, Christmas tree, cake,  visiting friends relatives and visiting their homes for carols, we have been doing this routine for umpteen number of years, don't you think we got to come out of our comfort zones and do something different?

Remember God walked out of His comfort zone, robed Himself differently, came down to earth, was born in a manger and traveled on a donkey.  Mary's ride on a donkey while pregnant was no joy ride at all.  Sometimes we need to take up uncomfortable journeys in order to fulfill Gods purpose in our life.  Anybody listening?

When our life becomes a normal routine then we tend to become lazy and complacent.  Complacency is dangerous!  Sometimes people who are used to routine life don't like it to be disturbed because they don't want to be pushed; likewise the church too, they are comfortable with old hymns and written prayers.  When we introduced 40 days 5 am fasting prayer this February, people left us, the next month Corona walked into our churches and lives.  Warning!

Likewise to organize night prayer on zoom is not easy at all but we took up the challenge in our Church; God is looking for people with energy, zeal, passion, stamina to work, pray more, fast more and shine more for Him in this world engulfed in darkness.  Dim light would do no good in a world where the World is introducing new kind of lights everyday.  Viewers are increasing for the nonsense reality show while online prayer meetings have less viewers.  You cannot increase your disco lights to attract people...No.....No....We need to increase our anointing.

Luke 2: 5   "in order to register along with Mary, who was engaged to him, and was with child."
