I perceive

2 King 4:9”She said to her husband, "Behold now, I perceive that this is a holy man of God passing by us continually.”

‘I thought he was a good person’, is the deception of the devil, all that glitters is not gold friend, you got to have discernment, are you listening?  Even the person inside the Bible college is not to be 100 percent trusted, out of 60 students only 20 students have reached up to third year in the Bible College where my son is studying, the reason for dropout being: drugs – hold your breath , there is more – addiction, alcohol, absenteeism, bunking college, love affairs and son on, many have been thrown out for disobedience.  If this may be the case in Bible College then just imagine the scenario outside!

I got something wonderful to share today, the Shunammite Woman, the prominent woman as she is introduced to us in the Bible is someone we just cannot forget easily.  She was rich, hard working, wise, hospitable, one who feeds prophets and most important woman with discernment, say it with me, ‘woman of discernment’.  Why do I repeat this, because women need to be more cautious these days, if the time spent in the beauty parlour is spent in the Bible then it would be far better.  Well, she told her husband about prophet Elisha who visits her home while he is in the city, ‘I perceive that this is a holy man of God’, wow!  Because of her discernment , she makes room for the prophet in her house, God was touched because of this, so He blessed the woman with a son.  Hallelujah!
Friend, we got to have good discernment, otherwise all the education and medals are vain, allowing wrong people into our life, pulpit, church and business only leaves us with pain, loss and agony.
