Exodus 13:3"...…out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery, because the Lord brought you out of it with a mighty hand.." Monica is the eldest daughter of 3 siblings, studying and staying at our Abide Angel Home. They're children of single mother as her father is an alcoholic, who left them. We embraced the three children into our Angel Home; however, on a particular day, Monica started throwing tantrums and wanted to leave the Home. We counselled her, her mother beat her but she refused to budge; we were able to see the demonic forces attack her mind. On a particular day, her grandmother and mom had brought her to school, I could see her standing at the gate from my office room. I prayed and quickly walked up to them, before she could resist, I grabbed her hands and took her to the evening assembly inside the school and dropped her there. She could not run but started participating in the evening worship, the presence of God touched her. After the worship, she did not run back to her mom but took the bag and walked to Angel Home. I watched all this with tears in my eyes! If only I had not acted at that one moment and held her hands tightly in mine, the devil would have stopped her. I know those hands were not mine but it was the GRIP of God's Mighty Hands. It is Monica who is now the leader at Angel Home, leading worship and also monitoring the other kids. She is a great blessing at Abide School and Angel Home, she has also scored good marks in the last exams and is School champion. The devil doesn't attack useless people but he focusses on the ones used for the kingdom of God. Nothing is too hard for God, His Hands are not shortened, continue to pray for your loved ones. God bless you!
