Silence & confidence!

Romans 5:4”….perseverance, character; and character, hope…”

You know what ‘silence and confidence’ irritates the devil – if there’s war and battle, he would guffaw.  Listen up now friends!  Let me quote another verse: Romans 12:16 “Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.”

Just read this devotion peacefully, I guarantee the evil forces that is provoking you for strife and quarrel will just have to flee.  Amen.  Such is the power in His Word!

  • If someone is overtaking you at office, don’t fight back, just let it go.
  • Are you being treated like you are invisible?  You are almost looked at like ‘chair and table’?  Never mind, I have been there; however, today, God reversed the situation, I have  lot of friends from around the world.
  • Day after day are you nagged?  Muster up your strength to stay calm – don’t retort back at all.
  • When you try to be nice to people, don’t expect them to pat your back instead they are ready to stab your back – caveat!

You may think, ‘Bala must be crazy to expect the above from me’; nevertheless, such heavenly character comes from above.  Clap your hands.  Look what Apostle Paul says, ‘your endurance brings good character in you.’  Are you listening?  Your branded clothes, trendy shoes and hottest hair styles would be vain if you don’t have character, are you there please?

Tit-for-tat text postings, twittering that happens in the political circles and among the movie celebrities is so sickening, when you peel off that outside classy demeanor that they portray, the ugly grotesque is revealed. Calmness is your dignity!  I cannot write this with a turbulent heart, my mind is stayed on HIM! I write this after praying ceaselessly for two full hours.  YEHOVAH MY GOD!
